Mich Consulting and Career Services was formally known as Mich Careers mid 2019 . Mich Careers started out as a passion to create awareness of job opportunities For family and friends. At this time our Founder Michelle, was all about spreading job opportunities and scholarships to every and anyone around her.
At this time, we had more graduates in the labour market with little or no assess to job opportunities. Therefore the passion became inevitable to reach out to frustrated and limited jobseekers on job vacancies found online and by referral after a thorough scrutiny.
November 2020 the first job group was created on WhatsApp to reach out to jobseekers around Nigeria on Job and scholarship opportunities. This became the first commercial awareness Channel by MICH careers to alleviates unemployment around the globe which has led to the current tech enabled platform to bridge the gap between employers & job seekers by applying for jobs directly and upskilling via e trainings powered by Michccs.
MICHCCS also offers employer centric solutions geared towards human asset management to small business owners and large scale businesses. We offer services such as outsourcing, recruitment, HR advisory, recruitment, CV building, trainings, HR policies development,HR process functions and HR planning & restructuring.
